What better way to honor the arrival of spring than to learn about one of our greatest spring allies, the stinging nettle plant which grows abundantly worldwide.

Humans were meant to interact with the many gifts of nature. Our intimate connection to the wild begins with observation, direct interaction and an open mind and heart to welcome the opportunity to learn and engage.

We will deep dive into edibility, medicinal uses and utilitarian function and each participant will receive a Field Notes Plant Ally Info Sheet as well a numerous recipes for your wild harvesting. Resources will be provided.
